A hair spa is deep conditioning done properly: the treatment mask matters, but the slow scalp massage that works it in matters just as much — for the hair, for circulation to the follicles, and frankly for your nervous system. Our at-home session covers oil or serum application, an unhurried scalp and neck massage, a steam towel wrap to open the cuticle, mask treatment, and a finishing rinse guide.
It's the answer to hair that's dry, frizzy, coloured, heat-styled, or simply flat and tired — and to the head that's been carrying a heavy month.
What to expect
Sixty minutes, seated comfortably near a wash basin or bathroom. The beautician selects a treatment for your hair type (dry, oily scalp with dry lengths, coloured, dandruff-prone), massages it through the scalp and lengths, wraps with a hot towel, and lets it work while your neck and shoulders get attention. You rinse at the end (or the beautician assists). Hair feels different immediately; the fuller effect shows over the next two or three washes with regular sessions.
Frequently asked questions
How often should I do a hair spa?
Every two to four weeks for damaged or very dry hair; monthly for maintenance. One-off sessions help, but the compounding effect comes with rhythm.
Will it help with hair fall?
It helps the common contributors — dry scalp, poor circulation, breakage from dryness. Hormonal or medical hair loss needs a dermatologist; a hair spa complements but doesn't replace that.
Is it safe for coloured or chemically treated hair?
Yes — tell us at booking so the beautician brings a colour-safe treatment line. Post-colour, a hair spa actually extends colour life by keeping the cuticle smooth.
Do I need to wash my hair before?
No — arrive-as-you-are is fine. You'll rinse after the treatment; that's the wash that matters.
Can men book this?
Of course. Shorter hair means more of the hour goes to the scalp massage, which nobody has ever complained about.
