What to expect
For party mehendi, the artist works through guests at roughly 15–30 minutes per pair of hands depending on design density. Bridal mehendi is a longer sitting — two to four hours depending on coverage — so plan it two days before the wedding with entertainment and snacks at hand. The artist advises on aftercare: keep the paste on 4–6 hours minimum, avoid water, and the stain deepens over the following 48 hours.

How many days before the wedding should bridal mehendi be done?
Two days before is ideal — the stain reaches its deepest exactly around the wedding day.
Is the henna natural? Any chemical dyes?
We use natural henna cones only. So-called "instant black" henna contains PPD and can cause serious skin reactions — we don't use it and recommend nobody does.
How do I get the darkest stain?
Keep the paste on longer (overnight for brides, wrapped), avoid water for 12 hours after removal, apply a sugar-lemon dab while the paste is on, and warmth helps — the artist will guide you.
Can you handle a function with 15–20 guests?
Yes — tell us headcount and design expectations and we'll send one or more artists with a per-function quote rather than per-hand pricing.
Do you do modern minimalist designs?
Very much — fine-line florals, spaced motifs, finger-focused designs. Share reference images and the artist will bring the style.
